Multi-Site Parking Infrastructure Program

Design-build modernization of parking and yard infrastructure across multiple locations. Steady Solutions designed and delivered site reconfiguration, paving and concrete, guard houses, access-control systems, electrical infrastructure, and related site upgrades. Work was standardized across the program and phased around active operations.

As the design-build contractor for this multi-site parking lot and yard modernization program across the Western U.S., we kept every location open by scheduling the work site by site, so trucks, staff and visitors could keep moving through gates and yards. Standardizing paving, concrete, access control and electrical scopes gave the owner one design approach and one point of contact, with consistent cost and quality from the first site to the last.
